PIX 520 从5.2(3)升级到6.3(5)问题？

用rawrite制作了一张bh61.bin的软盘，可是在启动的时候老是不停重启，不能进入
用bh526.bin制作的软盘可以正常进去boothelper>
tftp 加载pix635.bin 安装到 flash的时候，重启防火墙，也不能进入，提示信息：
