摘要
An IT executive's approach towards evaluating the value of information assets and the IT solutions that support them must reflect ongoing concerns for effective server/storage utilization, manageability and availability. This IDC white paper focuses on the goals of corporate IT managers who need to consolidate server and storage assets. In parallel, IDC examines the updated IBM TotalStorage(R) Virtualization Family of products which will help IT managers to maximize the return on their investment on current server and storage assets as well as planned consolidation efforts.
