摘要
This white paper outlines IDC's position that the best approach to IT infrastructure management is for IT to raise the quality, and thus the value, of IT management from one of managing elements, through the management of operations, to management of business services. IDC provides an ROI methodology to measure the efficiency of management products and includes case studies that illustrate successful implementation.
