职位一：High Touch Engineering

Responsibilities:
• Designated to customer network to proactively monitor and review the progress of all customer Service Requests
• Partner with Network Optimization Support (NOS) engineer(s) in providing service and support.
• Understand customer’s business goals and how the network operations support those business goals.
• Possess detailed knowledge of customer’s network.
• Provide customer network information to TAC.
• Ensure customer information is accurately documented for TAC.
• Act as Lead Engineer SPOC for TAC when driving customer’s escalated or reoccurring reactive issues to resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer and other Cisco teams.

Deliverables
• Proactively monitor and review the progress of all customer SRs and engage as necessary.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on escalated or reoccurring issues as necessary.
• Attend weekly/bi-weekly case review calls to drive resolution on reactive break/fix issues.
• Quarterly Review Attendance and presentation of appropriate TAC data.
• Customer-site rotations twice per annum to maintain customer relationship and deliver training.
• Educate TAC about customer’s network.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Typically require BS/CS/Business or equivalent plus 6-8 years experience in a network engineering or telecommunications support environment. MS degree strongly preferred.
• In depth knowledge in ONE or more of: IP internetworking, IBM internetworking, LAN Switching, ATM, WAN Expertise.
• Undertake support as designated high touch engineer typically for 2 accounts within 3 months of hire date.
• Active participant in virtual technology teams within AS&TS organization.
• Large scale Network design and implementation Experience.
• Expert level Internetworking troubleshooting in a large scale network environment.
• Strong Technical Account management skills.
• Strong communication skill on service request coordination and technical explanation to customer and internal team.
• May support up to 3 accounts.
• Must be full CCIE upon hire date.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must.
