Job Title:             Senior IT Consultant
Location:       Shanghai

I. Network Administration (35%)
1.    Responsible for supervising the installation, configuration, and administration all Head office /branch office/unit computer and network equipment. This currently includes PABX, Internet servers , ERP application and file servers,  networks connected by IPSEC VPNs, and over 300 workstations.
2.    Provide consultation regarding computer network as new office/unit facilities are developed.
3.    Provide consultation regarding new unit POS proposal, supporting sales on bidding and operation people.
II. Organizational Planning / Company Networking / Supervision (15%).
1.    Participate in regular discussions, both in person and by telephone and electronic mail, with the company managers, ITs, administrators, and other staff.
2.    Participate in annual budget planning and strategic planning processes.
3.    Write and update all computer and network related policies. Monitor staff with all relevant policies and procedures.
III. Software maintenance (35%)
1.    Responsible for the development and maintenance of head office Navision system, sales system, e-stock system, central SQL database server, VPN server.
2.    Meet with management and unit staff, determine needs, program, test and debug, provide training and support.
3.    Responsible for the development and maintenance of unit POS system.
IV. Research and Development (10%)
1.    Research, propose, bid, and purchase new software.
2.    Plan network infrastructure to accommodate growth and changing the company needs.
V. Computer Training / Communication / Documentation (5%)
1.    Provide or supervise the provision of ongoing formal and informal computer training to staff and others, as needed.
2.    Develop or supervise the development of written documentation for software applications and procedures.
4.    Document network systems/POS system and procedures and policies of all unit.

Qualifications:
1.       Be familiar with Cisco Router/Switch Cisco IOS;
2.       Be familiar with MS SQL 和Oracle;
3.       Have the ERP project implementation and management experience
4.       Be familiar with IC card knowledge
5.       Good Command of English
6.       Over six year relevant experience in multinational companies
