服务器 POWEREDGE 2800 5块硬盘做硬件RAID5 每块硬盘容量都是73G SCSI 的迈拓硬盘没有热备份盘
最近我安装了 RAID 卡管理软件 OPENMANAGE发现有日志报警
perc 4e/di controller 0, array disk 0:3 reported predictive failure.If this disk is part of a redundant virtual disk.,select the 'offline' option and then replace the disk. then configure a hot spare and it will start the rebuild automatically .If this disk is a hot spare.select the 'prepare to remove' option and then replace the disk.
If this disk is part of a non-redundant disk,you should back-up your data immediately. If the disk fails.you will not be able to recover the data.
翻译如下：
阵列中的3号磁盘报告预期失败，如果这个硬盘是磁盘阵列中的一部分，选择离线的选项然后替换硬盘。然后配置一个热备份硬盘它将自动重建，如果这个硬盘是一个热备份硬盘，选择准备移出选项，然后替换硬盘。如果这个硬盘不是磁盘阵列中的一部分，你应该备份数据，如果硬盘坏了，你将不能恢复数据。

请问，日志报警是否准确，那块硬盘是否已经损坏，我该如何操作来解除故障，目前服务器运转正常，没有一块硬盘离线。
